In 2022 I was offered a singing and painting role in the new show of the Lucamoros theater company. A purely visual, no-dialogue performance. A show involving images painted with eight hands and four voices, using video, smartphones & paintbrushes.
It is called “Quick a Selfie” and it is a 50-min visual performance about self-image and how we come to create pictures of ourselves, exploring the history of self-portrait through the ages. Open to all, ages 8 and up.
After a year of creation, we have started touring it and it is now available to book internationally from 2023 - ask your city’s theater to program us, email compagnie (at) lucamoros (dot) com.
